Biography 

Justin Tevie, Ph.D., Senior Analyst at the Kansas Health Institute, who specializes in health economics, environmental and resource economics and applied econometrics. Prior to joining KHI, Tevie spent a year as a post-doctoral fellow in Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research at the University Of Maryland School Of Pharmacy in Baltimore.

He also worked as a research analyst at the Center for Participatory Research at the University of New Mexico where he applied community-based participatory research to reduce health disparities among American Indian populations in New Mexico.

Tevie obtained his doctorate degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, majoring in economics and minoring in statistics. He also has master’s degrees in economics from Dalhousie University and the University of Alberta in Canada.
